The partnership aims to inspire and educate people about our collective responsibility to create a safer, more sustainable future.

The prize includes:

• 2 x VIP Sessions Plus tickets to see Madness at the Eden Sessions on Saturday 12 July 2025
• Access to the Eden Project on Saturday 12 July and Sunday 13 July 2025
• One night bed and breakfast stay in a room at the luxury 5* Fowey Hall Hotel for the evening of Saturday 12 July 2025
• Chauffeuring to and from Eden Project from Fowey Hall pre/post event
• Loan of a fully electric Volvo for two weeks (to include the date of the event - 12 July 2025) subject to meeting Volvo license check criteria

Rules of entry:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be bound by them. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” or “your” means the person who enters the competition. “We”, “us” and “our” means the Club. These must be read in conjunction with the competition terms and conditions.

1. 1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and must be residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
   2. Entries close at 23:59 on Monday 23 June 2025. The winner will be notified by Tuesday 24 June.
   3. Details of how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter (the Caravan and Motorhome Club) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   4. To submit an entry to the competition participants must enter the required fields in the online entry form.
   5. An e-mail address may be used only once in relation to any one competition.
   6. Your telephone number will only be used to contact the winner and not for promotional purposes.
   7. The winner will be selected via a random number generator and then be notified via the contact details provided on the online competition entry form.
   8. All existing staff (permanent, temporary or contracted) of the Club, Volvo Car UK and Eden Project, including all trading divisions, Contractors or Sub-Contractors and trading Partners are excluded from entry.
   9. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Any amendments to the itinerary, if requested by the prize winner, will be at the winner’s expense.
   11. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the prize listed above in the event the original prize offered is no longer available for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. In all cases, the Promoter's decision is final.
   12. The Club will send the first name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within 30 days after the Closing Date of the Competition naming the specific competition and requesting the details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in Condition 1.

   14. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding.
   15. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity activities.

Car loan terms and conditions:

1. 1. As part of the prize, a fully electric Volvo car is being offered as a loan for 2 weeks. Car delivery and collection will be arranged with the winner via email. Volvo shall at its sole discretion be entitled to change the model of the loan car.
   2. The VCUK motor insurance policy for the loan car is third party only. Personal effects and clothing carried in the car are not covered under the VCUK motor insurance policy.
   3. All drivers of the loan car must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driving licence and will be subject to the following restrictions under VCUK’s car insurance:
      
      • Over 25 years unlimited up to a maximum age of 75 unless a letter is received from the doctor stating the ability to drive.
   4. All driving licences must be valid for insurance purposes and up to date (i.e. correct address, points removed where they are no longer valid and must be full not provisional).
   5. All drivers will be expected to send their driving licence for inspection before receiving the loan car. Failure to do so may prevent you from using the loan car.
   6. It is the sole responsibility of the driver of the loan car to notify VCUK, if they have acquired 6 or more penalty points, are banned from driving or received a DD (dangerous driving offence), DR (drink or drug related driving offences) or IN (driving without insurance). This does not necessarily exclude you from the Event and wherever possible we will endeavour to extend the motor insurance policy.
   7. Child seats will not be provided. Please ensure that you provide and fit your own child restraints applicable to approved height restrictions.
   8. No smoking is permitted in the car.
   9. The driver hereby declares that he or she is in good health, their eyesight is of the standard required for the UK road driving test and that they are not suffering any illness or disability which may make it unsafe for them to drive.
   10. The driver accepts that he or she shall be solely responsible for any decision as to their fitness to drive and that if at any point they are not fit to do so, then they shall cease driving immediately. The driver confirms that at all times when he or she is in charge of the loan car, they are not over the current UK legal limit for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may affect their ability to drive.
   11. The driver will at all times during driving, operate the car with reasonable care and hereby agrees to indemnify fully VCUK, their representatives, agents and servants against any action or claims for damages (including costs) which may be brought against it, and or its representatives, agents and servants arising out of any negligent, reckless or irresponsible driving on the part of the driver
   12. VCUK will at all times endeavour to make sure that all cars supplied, whether by it or by any other organisation or individual, will at all times be safe and in roadworthy conditions.
   13. The driver will inspect the car on collection and confirms that should he or she have any cause for concern as to the roadworthiness or safety of the car, they will bring the matter immediately to the attention of a Volvo representative.
   14. Car collection details will be agreed with the winner. The car should be in the same condition as it was received. The driver agrees to be liable for the cost of any damage to the car.
   15. The driver will sign any documentation required pertaining to the loan of the vehicle and agree to any separate terms and conditions of the car loan.
   16. VCUK reserves the right to terminate any drivers’ involvement in the Volvo car loan prize at any time and for any reason.
