Job Title: Receptionist/Shop Assistant - Hillhead
Responsible to: Site Manager

Purpose of the Job:

To provide a friendly, helpful and efficient service to our visitors whilst maintaining levels of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with the Club guidelines and standards.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to visitors, ensuring good customer service is achieved, at all times.
  • Operate Electronic till following Caravan and Motorhome Club procedures to ensure minimum discrepancies.
  • Maintain stock levels and displays in order to maximise potential sales following Caravan and Motorhome Club guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and tidy shop and general areas ensuring compliance with Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of products suggesting alternative lines as appropriate to maximise sales.
  • Assist with the efficient preparation and delivery of bakery products to our visitors as appropriate.
  • Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet Caravan and Motorhome Club standards in order to present an acceptable image to our visitors.
  • Follow safe manual handling procedures for products and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
  • To ensure that you support the department meeting internal targets with regard to S.P.H, GP%, Hygiene audit results, staffing budgets, KPIs and stock take results.
  • Leads by example following all company procedures
  • Ensure units are staffed to the correct labour % for the predicted revenue
  • Reports feedback from visitors and the team suggesting ways in which the unit can increase revenue.
