This lodge has recently had a massive makeover

This lodge has recently had a massive makeover by the current owners, from being a slightly dated and dull lodge, with a timber exterior to an all new vertical weather resistant black exterior, to having large open plan doors off the front and a complete internal makeover of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. This lodge has to been seen to be believed. Arrive on the black ice driveway outside the side door entrance. The outlook from its quiet position at the end of a road on the Park leaves you looking out in a Southerly direction onto open fields with sheep, and wildlife wandering past the end of your decking. You could of course see all this whilst relaxing in the hot tub that is situated off to one side of the deck so as not to interfere with the view from the lodge. Enter into the lodge from the side door up a few steps into the hallway. There are cupboards in abundance to the left, right and straight ahead, although the LPG combi boiler is situated in one of the cupboards. This services all your central heating and hot water. Turn left and you go into the vast open plan kitchen/dining /lounge area. This speaks for itself. Very light and airy, even on the dullest of days. The kitchen comes complete with an island housing an under counter fridge and freezer. There is then another upright integrated fridge freezer, along with a full sized dishwasher along with an electric hob, and oven, along with multiple cupboards and drawers. Directly in front of this is the dining table and chairs. Then opposite is the lounge living area. With comfortable sofas, a fire place and TV point over this on the wall, but you'll likely be looking out over the deck to see what may be mooching about in the fields. Head back into the hallway and there are four rooms off of here. First to the left is what used to be a single bedroom, converted into a utility/study/ dressing area. To the right is the main bathroom, which has been newly tiled out and all new facilities. Ahead is bedroom 2 which will accommodate two large single beds or a king sized double. There are built in wardrobes in here is well. Finally to the left is the master bedroom, complete with a vast walk in wardrobe and in the far corner, again a completely made over en-suite showeroom. We cannot emphasise enough how well this lodge has been revamped and brought into the 21st Century.
