Located on the beautiful Green Meadows site in Oxwich South Wales overlooking the Bristol channel. We have owned this van from new. It is registered as a 2019 but due to COVID the site could not sell vans. We bought it after lockdown in May 2021 so has only been used for 2 years. Non smokers and no pets. It is in immaculate condition Due to its wide decking (including dedicated BBQ area to rear) and separate Indian stone patio seating area is one of the best pitches on site (as stated by other owners). The van boasts a very large master bedroom with massive inbuilt double wardrobes, vanity table with mirror and ensuite with sink and wc. Second bedroom has 2 single beds (unused) and wardrobe large family bathroom. The kitchen boasts a range style 4 hob gas cooker with grill and large oven, ample bench space and cupboards plus microwave shelf. The lounge diner boasts a very large seating layout with a double sofa bed (unused)plus a dining table with bench and stool seating. The decking area to side is the full length of the van with glass frontage providing stunning views. The Indian sandstone patio provides an additional separate seating area below the decking and is ideal for dining or relaxing. There is a parking area to the side of the decking which is laid to tarmac. The van has full timber skirting around it and access to ample storage underneath the van can be accessed via 2 purpose built doors. We are a mature couple and we are the only people to have used the van hence why the sofa bed and second bedroom have never been used. It is our pride and joy and we have spared no expense in making this a beautiful second home. The reason for the sale is as we travel quite a lot abroad we do not feel we are using the van enough.
