Brand new 2023 Delta Sienna (12x35) two bedroom static holiday caravan with double glazing and central heating for sale on a beautiful riverside caravan park with over a mile of river frontage on the Thames, near Oxford. The caravan has been sited on a very nice pitch in one of our crescent bays, where the caravans are arranged in a half moon shape, looking out at the river over a spacious grassy area. The inside pictures have been borrowed from the caravan manufacturer's web site, and show a few small dressing items that do not come with the caravan. The big items are all included, except the TV. Bablock Hythe is ideal for people who want peaceful holidays in a great location. Park facilities include fishing docks, boat moorings, laundry, recreation field, and a nice pub within easy walking distance. The park season runs from 1st April to 31st October, there is no caravan age limit rule, and the 2024 season rent is only £2,970.
