Brilliant condition for age ..no rips or tears anywhere. No soft spots on floor ...Comes with brand new awning never used. I brought this as a xmas present for my partner but hes not interested so its going to waste. I got told all electrics work as they should i havent checked myself as i no absolutely nothing about caravans. Feel free to come and take a look. Collection only please. Thank you
