Avondale Argente, 6 berth, (2001)

This caravan is a 2001 model and is about 8m (27ft) long and twin axle. It was owned and cared for by one family before us. We purchased in 2011 and have had many happy holidays with our children. This caravan comes with an end bedroom which can either offer 4 bunks, 1 bunk and a single, 2 singles or an additional eating and seating area. The front sofas have a pull-out to make a double bed. The caravan has a toilet with wash basin and mirror and a separate shower room. There are ample cupboards and drawers and a full length wardrobe. There is a large mirror in the lounge area. The kitchen area has sink, fridge, cooker and hob. The hob is in good working order, the cooker comes on but does not reach high temperatures so needs attention or replacing. There are two TV aerial points, back and front. The electric heating is in good working order The water pump is in good working order. There are blackout blinds throughout and curtains. There is also a radio and CD player. We are selling this caravan with everything in the caravan included. This includes a full length awning and breathable ground sheet which can easily house an internal tent bedroom and still have plenty of space for table/chairs/ storage units. There is also an extended annex section which can also be used as a bedroom space with an airbed. The awning is very robust and has no damage. There are two tables included, a small additional fridge, and a metal storage unit. There are pots/pans/cutlery/crockery/mugs and glasses included. There are two drinking water butts and a waste unit. There is a long electricity cable, water attachment and waste pipe to attach to a ‘super pitch’ plot, some buckets/spades and play equipment. There is of course, for a 23 year old caravan, with marks/scuffs/missing bits. For example, stoppers on two windows, to keep them open and a crack on the front tow casing that was damaged in storage. This is just cosmetic. There's a small crack on the front that has leaked many years ago, but this has been fled with silicone a d is now dry. We are therefore asking an amount that is reflective of this. We welcome viewings, be prepared, this is a big caravan ????
