Bailey Ranger 470, 4 Berth, (2003)

This 2004 4 berth Bailey Ranger 470 is for sale on behalf of a customer. It is very clean and tidy inside, and the bodywork is in very good condition too. A previous owner has coated the rear roof seal with a white waterproof roof sealant on one side, and a black sealant on the other side (this black sealant is visible just above the awning rail in the photos)., We have fitted new window rubbers to the front wondow. There is a small crack on the inside of the front window but this doesn't let any water in and it doesn't steam up. The motor mover is not included in the sale., The front lounge can make into a double bed, and there is a side dinette which makes into 2 bunks. The kitchen includes a full cooker (4 burner hob, grill, oven), sink and 3-way fridge. One cupboard door has been removed in the past to allow the fitting of a microwave (not included). The rear washroom has a toilet, hand basin, separate shower and wardrobe.
