Powertouch motor mover fitted from new and leisure battery replaced 2023. Interior is in immaculate condition. Has ALDE central heating and is warm all year round. Oven has been hardly used and has a good sized fridge with freezer compartment, microwave is fitted as standard. Carpets are clean, not really used much. Has external gas BBQ point and Electricity. End bathroom is big enough to use if needed but we tended to use on site facilities. Never had any damp issues. Has internal hot water tank so provides instant hot water.
