This 5 berth caravan is in great condition for the year. It is Cris registered and the caravan is with manuals and paperwork. Fitted Motor mover with remote control. This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area has a large double bed utilising a pull-out slat system. There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats. There is a fold-out table which can fit between the seats and has its own stowage within a cupboard. There is a smaller table which clips on the rail in between the rear seating. A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid-section. The kitchen has a four ring hob (gas), separate grill and oven, 3-way fridge with ice box and a very large stainless steel sink and draining board. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. There is a small roof light situated above the cooker. Also included are an assortment of cooking utensils/ saucepans, cutlery and crockery. At the rear of the caravan is a second sitting area which can be converted into 3 berths. A bunk folds out of the side wall over a pull out double bed. Overhead lockers are above the beds. Under the berths is yet more storage. This rear bedroom area can be partitioned off by a curtain from the rest of the caravan. All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. There is a stable door fitted with a fly screen and an awning/exterior light. The Truma blown air heating/space heater and water heater all work off electric and gas. The caravan has 2 new tyres. Included in the sale is a Kampa Rally Club 260 awning in good condition with aluminium poles and fitted curtains. Also included is an awning carpet and awning waffle mats and a Euro trail sun canopy.
