Elddis Xplore 526, 6 berth, (2016)

For sale is our lovely family caravan, Elddis Xplore 526 (2016) 6-berth. The caravan has brought our family happy memories over the last few years. It has a bike rack at the back which is a very unique feature. Haven't seen many caravans with such a handy feature. Our kids love the bunk beds. There are two additional beds on the near side as well that fold out. There is a handy accordion dividing wall that pulls out so you can isolate the rear of the caravan when the kids are asleep. Great on cold nights when the adults want to stay indoors up front and not disturb the kids. When the adults are ready to sleep the front folds out into a massive bed.The main entrance has split doors which is good to keep little kids safe inside whilst still being able to open up and let some air in.The caravan itself is exceptionally easy to tow. If you are new to caravanning then this is a great van to build your confidence. Single axel and probably the lightest in its class makes it very easy to tow. The best bit is the motor mover which works a treat. Great for getting the caravan in and out of awkward spaces.I've upgraded the sound system so now has built in Bluetooth. As part of the sale I will include the air awning (less than a year old) and the fresh, waste water tanks and toilet cassette. I'll also include the fresh water pump and all the fresh water hoses too and the electric hook-up cable. As a bonus I'll also include the portable solar panel if you're planning to go off grid and vehicle mirror extenders. Fair few thrown in there and you'll be good to go camping straightaway from the day you collect! All appliances in good working condition. Usual things you'd expect of a caravan which such a high spec - microwave, fridge/freezer, hot/cold water, heating, sound system, oven, gas hob, shower, tv antenna and hook-up points. Outside it's got motor mover, bike rack and awning rails.In good condition both in and out. Plenty of tread left on the tires. Stored well away from trees so the roof is spotless with no signs of green algae and undercarriage in really good condition. See photos. Comes from a smoke free home.
