It has been regularly serviced throughout our ownership, with the most recent full service carried out on 16th of March 2026. The caravan had no damp issues reported, and everything is working exactly as it should. The 530 layout has worked particularly well for us as a family. The front lounge is a genuinely usable living area, while the separate side dinette means children can have their own seating/sleeping area without permanently taking over the main lounge. The large rear washroom is another big advantage over many caravans of a similar size. Condition Overall, the caravan is in very good condition and has been well cared for. We want to be completely upfront that there is a small crack in one of the side windows. It does not prevent the caravan being used and everything remains functional. The window could be repaired or replaced if the new owner wished, but we have chosen to mention it clearly rather than hide anything. Other than this, it presents extremely well, has no known damp problems, and everything is working as it should.
