Marlow Certificated Locations

Marlow is located in the southern part of Buckinghamshire on the River Thames, nestled amid meadows and the Chiltern Hills woodlands.

It first grew up as a river crossing and its most famous landmark is the 19th century suspension bridge built to the same design as the one in Budapest.

Within the town, the Georgian streets are attractive and boast a number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Don't miss the Hand and Flowers, a gastropub that has two Michelin stars.

Other highlights include Higginson Park and its museum, the Rebellion Brewery tours, cruises along the river, the house where Mary Shelley completed Frankenstein and the World War I training trenches on Marlow Common.

If you visit in June, check out the Marlow Town Regatta and Festival for family fun including a dragon boat race competition.
