This is a very quiet site, situated right next to 60 acres of woods, bear this in mind if you're a light sleeper and the sound of owls disturb you, we found it it quite soporific as we drifted off to sleep. Entrance on to the site is up a long drive way up a moderate hill, care is needed to negotiate the gate if you have a long outfit, nothing dramatic though and there is plenty of room to swing through the gate. On arrival we were met by the friendly owner who showed us where all the facilities were, water tap is on the site, waste is a short two minute walk away The site is sloping and you will need levelling blocks, but is well drained so even with a weeks worth of rain we still managed to pull off with out incident. A nice site for exploring the surrounding countryside, we will return.
