Why stay here ...

Set in the West Penine Moors, Buttercup Meadow is a small family run site. Located next to a 9 hole golf course and a family farm you will be able to relax with a round of golf and then watch the deer in the evening. 
 
Within walking distance is a local pub serving food, farm shop and the Leeds and Liverpool canal, you can walk along the canal enjoying the peace and tranquility. 
 
Just down the road is the village of Brinscall where you can go to the tea rooms, the Indian restaurant or just take a casual walk to White Coppice. 
 
Alternatively if you're feeling slightly more adventurous,  you could walk or mountain bike up the moors nearby. When you are done you can enjoy the sunset over the trees on the site.
