Alford is an ancient market town in Lincolnshire, at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is still a regular outdoor market in the Market Place on Tuesday and Fridays, and a craft market during summer months.
It’s well known for the 17th c thatched Alford Manor House, where there is a tea shop, gardens and exhibitions.
