Children and pets are both welcome at the site.

Facilities have been renewed during Winter 2020 so we are now able to offer refurbished Shower, WC and washing up facilities.

Visitors can enjoy spectacular views of the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales. The site is an excellent base for exploring the nearby market towns of Northallerton, Thirsk and Stokesley. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling from the site and in the surrounding area, with the Coast to Coast and Cleveland Way nearby.

Easter

Landmoth Hall
Six of us stayed at Landmoth hall with our dogs over Easter, and had a brilliant time. Very accommodating owners and couldn’t have been more helpful. The surrounding countryside is second to none and perfect for the keen walkers, or for those that prefer not to walk the views from the site are incredible . Thank you for a lovely stay we’ll definitely be back. Sharon

1st time on site

Landmoth Hall
When arriving on site 3 caravans on hardstanding but didn't see anyone all week. Drove on to site and pitches were sloping down to right but we had problem getting on to grass pitch with our twin axle caravan. The grass did get cut when we had dry day owner did apologise. Used our own facilities as shower didn't look clean and bin was full from when we arrived till we left 7 days later. Could be lovely site just needs a little bit of tlc. . Great for views but weather wasn't very good. .

Fabulous cl site in Yorkshire.

Landmoth Hall
We arrived at Landmoth Hall on 15th May. What a lovely site beautiful views all around and very quiet. Perhaps I shouldn’t say this as I should keep this gem to ourselves. Toilet and shower block very clean and accessible just down the field. Ideal location for touring around Yorkshire Moors and I would definitely recommend this site.

Fantastic Site

Landmoth Hall
Gem of a campsite. We have visited the site on numerous occasions and always received a very warm welcome by the owners. The site has great facilities they are very clean and well maintained. It is a working farm and the owners work extremely hard but still have time to stop for a chat. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out it is definitely worth it.

A little disappointed

Landmoth Hall
Firstly I would say that our experience was not helped by the weather which made the overly long grass very muddy and the surrounding fields and roads very dirty, would imagine when the weather improves and dries everything out and the grass is cut we would be giving a higher scoring review. Arrival is anytime after noon, it is a working farm and were busy lambing when we arrived which maybe a reason why some things were not perfect. There are four very small hard standing pitches (accessed over grass though), a couple of fresh water taps, waste bin, Elsan & waste water points. The unisex toilet & shower were in the same room which could cause issues if the site were busy and the shower was being used. Make sure you take loo roll as there was none on our second day. It is in a lovely area and when it isn’t so muddy there are numerous walks. No nearby shops or pubs. We had a problem with our fridge which kept switching onto gas, as we know our fridge is fine we have to presume there may be an issue with the EHU as someone else there said they had also had a problem.
