Bungay Certificated Locations

A historic market town in Suffolk, Bungay is situated in the Waveney Valley on the edge of the Broads.

 

History lovers can explore attractions like Bigod's Castle, Norman ruins that date back to around 1165. There's also the Bungay Museum, which has an intriguing collection of archaeological artefacts, photographs, magazines, programmes and memorabilia.

 

If you want to spend some time outdoors, Falcon Meadow is a riverside green space, while local walking routes include Bigod Way, a ten-mile loop that encircles the town, and the Bath Hills Walk.
