Excellent site

Bearsted Club Campsite
What a stunning site. It is so obvious that the wardens work extremely hard & have great pride in their site. From the reception given on arrival to the beautifully kept grounds this is certainly a jewel in the clubs sites. 10 out of 10 !!

Highly recommended

Bearsted Club Campsite
We stayed at Bearsted in May 2024 during the final week of a 3 week adventure. It was our first time in Kent and this site certainly did not disappoint. The wardens, Andy and Troy, are so attentive, courteous and hardworking, nothing is too much trouble for them. The site and all facilities are very tidy and well kept. The wardens make all their guests feel welcome, not just on arrival but throughout their stay, always nodding and waving when a guest walks past, even when chatting to someone else. The site is very colourful with flowers and a little herb garden, as well as solar lights around reception and lights in the trees on the site. It is within very easy reach of the M20 and the information room has a good display of local attractions. The atmosphere was lovely, with a seating area outside reception. The shop is well stocked and there are food vans (pizza, fish and chips) on certain evenings. The wardens are constantly looking to improve the site in some way and are very creative. They certainly go "above and beyond" and put the guests first. There is inevitably traffic noise, but this didn't particularly keep us awake once we got used to it. A walk / drive into Bearsted village (less than 2 miles) is well worth it, with The Oak on the Green pub very lively on a weekend and a cricket pitch - a quintessential village, in fact. There is so much to do, using this site as a base - you really can't go wrong here.

Fantastic little gem!!!

Bearsted Club Campsite
Wow!! What a find. Before you even enter reception the outside area is so bright, vibrant and welcoming, and then reception. Probably the best stocked shop we have ever been in, which was great for us because we had just arrived off the tunnel so needed provisions. We were welcomed by Andy who couldn't have been more friendly. Smooth check in, and he gave us great advice on choosing a pitch. When we returned to get our barrier card we noticed the fabulous “herb your shelf” what a great idea! Andy and Troy keep the facilities immaculate and the site is wonderful. We cannot wait to return, and would highly recommend Bearsted to anyone. The pizza van on a Saturday was also excellent.

A really warm welcome

Bearsted Club Campsite
A really warm welcome by Andy. He couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Excellent, spotlessly clean facilities. Both Andy and Troy were very welcoming and so friendly. They both work so hard to make the site attractive and kept clean and tidy. They always took the time to talk or say hello and have worked hard to make the site attractive and welcoming. We were fortunate to get pitch number one, close to the facilities. Having said that, all of the pitches are large and of a high standard.
