What a boost to the club this would be.

Loch Ness campsite for sale for £2m – monster not included! pity about the monster laughing

When at the site you may not see the Lock Ness monster but the vast majority of visitors will still be eaten alive.  It definitely rates as a midge hot spot and feeding area laughing.

Campsite for Sale

The Club would only create its standard model of lots and lots of hardstandings and totally lose its current appeal.

Thing is, it doesn't look unlike a normal club site.

That club model you mention suits many many thousands of members.
