Hello everyone.

Does anyone tow a Series 4 Bailey Unicorn Cabrera with a Range Rover Evoque?

Just interested in your views & experience if you do.

Yes I do know it's over the 85% rule but I'm curious nonetheless.

Thank You.

I don't know the MIRO of your caravan but I've gone from a Mondeo (95%) to a Kia Sorento (2.2ltrs, 7 seats) with a tow capacity of 2.5t.

Best car I have ever bought and I've had a few. The kit you can fit in with all the seats down is amazing and tows (self levelling) like a dream.

No joking, I have forgotten a couple of times that a caravan has been following me on the motorway.

I know this is an old thread, but stumbled across it as I'm about to buy an Evoque and am interested in people's views on it's towing ability. I have owned 3 FL2's since 2008 and have found them to be fantastic tow cars and very reliable. Over the years and with a combined mileage of c. 300,000 miles I've only had 2 out of service and MOT expenses, a servo replaced on locking fuel cap (£60) and a replacement Haldex (£950), that's £70 a year - a tank of fuel in other words. Most people would take that any day.

Personal experience is all that matters, and there do seem to be a few people with bad experiences with LR, but I reckon I'll be going ahead with the Evoque. Apart from anything else my wife has always wanted one so looking forward to years of hassle free caravanning and a happy wife!
