Club Rules

In truth the club should forget rules and let the members do what ever they want as they do anyway. I am I heavy user of sites and find that:-

Members speed around with no consideration to others.

Let their dogs roam without a lead.

If on a lead it is more than the length specified.

Let the dogs foul the site even if there is a dog walk. I see them sneaking around with their dogs waiting them to do their "business" no matter if it is a grass pitch that children will occupy next.

Let their children play ball etc near other members outfits and let them irritate others whilst getting a warm glow with beer and wine.

Children going around site at high speed on their bikes even the wrong way round.

Have raucous gathering late into the late evening/ early morning.

The Club should either suspend members breaking the Club rules or relax the rules

Moderator Comment - Moved as this is a moan rather than a story!

Perceptive of you TW. As I said "bothering me a little".  Try to keep up 😉😂.

You forgot the bit  “....or you’d have done something about it.”

So something that concerns you so little warrants a post on CT instead of acting. Bored this afternoon, are you?

Keep up? I’d leave you standing.😂😂😂😂

DD, you are in a MH, just shuffle sideways a little, then you will have no cause for concern! Or do what we would do, and move pitch altogether! Easy in a MH!laughing

Certainly not. Can't have people's slumbers disturbed. Make it 10:00am.

CY, love it......your delivery reminds me of that Classic Fawlty Towers line.....a wonderful delivery by Ballard Berkley....

Mr. Hamilton: What I'm suggesting is that this place is the... the crummiest, shoddiest, worst-run hotel in the whole of Western Europe.

Major Gowen: No! No, I won't have that!

Do you know, yes I've witnessed folk not following the rules but to be honest they are a tiny minority and very infrequently observed! Without the rules I'm sure the 'situation' would be intolerable for many of us. Yes, let's educate those who don't appreciate the need for them but let's not capitulate and let these few dictate to us, the many, who do appreciate that those rules are there to promote and support harmony! I'm sure all of us have a collective wish to maintain those 'standards' we enjoy and we should support those that help to do this and that includes each and every one of us in my opinion!
