2020 Monthly Open and Closed CL List

Thanks for the update, Maddie, although the outlook isn't good with 17 closures and the 2 that have opened are not new but ones that were previously listed in the current Site Directory and now have inflated prices!!

• But it's not a new CL, it was listed as closed in the CC's  February magazine and now 're-opening on1:4:2020!!

Please note that the 3 sites as being listed under Norwich can in fact be found under Acle....Willow Cottage, and the other 2 under Aylsham if you, like me, want to cross them off in your Site Directory.

The CL at Washingpool Farm has expanded the number of pitches to 10 so has left the CL network. The additional 5 pitches will be open in April and Kings Lynn Touring Park still going I believe so again not totally lost to us if one wished to stay there.

At least no Off-Grid ones listed open or closed

HOW MUCH ????? for a CL ???  Thats pricey

Not one we want repeating!!

I was speaking to a lady from the Club at the NEC (sorry, I forgot her name).  She dealt with CL's and I'm sure she said that last year there were more CL's that opened than actually closed.  She saw this as a good sign.  However, I do think that a CL must be a really difficult business to run.  To put in EHU costs thousands.  I don't know how some of them manage to re-coup the initial outlay...
