What did the owners say when you confronted them about it?

This is completely wrong and the thing which brings the CL system into disrepute and is against the exemption rules. So, name and shame!

Write a review with the same title as this so that others like us can avoid the site and definitely contact the club CL dept. 

Have you reported the site to the CC's HO  CL Section Management team?

Would you rather the owner had turned you away when you arrived and sent you off to find somewhere else?

Why are you assuming there were  5 vans already when the OP arrived. He says currently 8 vans.

The owner should not have taken the booking if he/she knew that there were going to be more than 5 vans on site. OK in the odd case someone might be forced to stay over due to unforeseen circumstances, but that obviously hasn't happened in this case.

When we arrived, two Van's. Yes if we had known it would be so overcrowded we would have gone.. This is not in anyway a relaxing holiday. When we are home fur will fly. The system stinks.
