What determines the nightly rate at club sites?  I have just searched my two local sites, for the same weekend one is £36 for two nights, the other £47??

I've given up trying.  As others have repeatedly said "in English please".

If you are suggesting that because the LA are dragging their heels over certain decisions then that doesn't make the lack of investment without the control of CC Ltd.

Would you pour a large amounts of investment money into anything that could close in less than a year ,this year for instance?how much is there to need to understandundecided

As I said the LA.  You jumped in before I had made my correction.

Posted on 20/06/2019 20:54

Well I gave you 7 whole minutes to correct it! wink

Always worth checking what you've written, DD, especially if you've just had a go at another poster for their use of English.laughing

David, what do you mean by "outside the control of the club"?

Posted on 20/06/2019 21:42

One half of the site is, as I understand it owned by the Club and the  larger upper part owned by the local authority. The local authority have for years been unwilling to either sell or rent it on a longer lease that would allow the Club to make a worthwhile investment in upgrading the site facilities.
