Rotten night. Most of it spent visiting the toilet. Food Poisoning of some sort although all three of us had exactly the same meal with the same ingredients for everything and the other 2 were fine, no problems at all. We suspect that there may well have been some cross contamination somewhere along the line in one of the products and it's kicked my allergy in.

Still, had to be early this morning as Mrs WNs booster due and after she suffered a bit of a reaction in her arm with the last one I decided to drive her to the centre. All went well and she had the Moderna vaccine. Sore arm but nothing else to this moment.

Not cooking anything tonight. Probably hit the sack early as well.

Surprised like you Brue with your hygienist. Ours comes dressed like an extra for Dr.Who.

Can't get Goldie's link to work either.

Best to those fellow members ailing.

Good things and bad things from this dratted / lovely wind !!

Neighbours wooden double gate flapping like a politician over night ~~ Bad Thing    frown

Two bird feeders ~~ The  sort with domes covering ~~ blown from their positions ~~ Bad thing  yell

While attempting to sort out the problems I noticed a blooming SPARROWHAWK  perched on one of the feeder posts ~~ good thing and bad thing !!   frownsmile

Good to see that the birds were staying away from Cafe ABM  but great to get a close-up of

Accipiter Nisus at rest ~~ they normally fly past at BirdMach plenty with eating irons at the fore !!

Sadly the 'close-up' wasn't with a camera, just my own eyes & recently cleaned specs wink

Lovely day here weather wise, and only a little wind overnight.

Not so good on the health front.  I am a little better, other than that my head hurts badly when I cough, OH had a bad night but I think she is just a tiny bit better since lunch time.....not that we had any lunch.  Neither of us is feeling like eating at present, but trying to at least keep hydrated.

I have a dental appointment on Tuesday, but if I am not considerably better by Monday, I think I will alter that.  Pretty sure the dentist would not appreciate me coming to see him with this cough!

Windy over night, last night, and a little snow this morning.  Sorry if any folk have had really bad storms.  And now we have the new South African Covd variant and the tightening of restrictions.  Not a good news day.  Keep safe everyone.
