The Real World Cup is already into its second week and some enthralling, thrilling rugby has been displayed.

A couple of upsets already, namely Fiji's loss, but none more so than the host nation's win against Ireland! What a win, what a game, what a performance! Fantastic rugby

Yes, can't add anymore than what you guys have already said! Fabulous!

Just an observation, which Nation team did Eddie Jones coach prior to England? They beat SA if you recall. Some similarities evident today? Just a thought!

A very valid point Micky. When Japan beat SA, the rugby world sat up in somewhat disbelief. How could this happen? Was it a poor performance by SA or an incredible one by Japan? In my view, it was a mixture of both and the coach has to take some credit for the result. I think it's unquestionably the reason he got the job at England.

Roll on four years and, yes, I would agree there's a similarity to England's performance yesterday. Lawrence Dallaglio mentioned in commentary before the game, how entertaining and refreshing it had been to see the Japanese play rugby and how the rest of the world should take note.

Let's see how Wales get on this morning 🀞

Brave All Black supporter 😯

Actually had BBC sport on and caught the end of Tonga v The Lions, watched really because it was played in our daughters home town. Have to check out the weather, if nothing elseπŸ˜€. I believe I heard them say Kiwis had lost to Oz yesterday. 😟

Read, as I usually do, NZ paper online - daughter lives there, the Silver Ferns, ladies netball, got beaten by Oz.

Certainly a weekend sport that will go down in history for loss rather than prowess πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

Sorry if you're a Welsh supporter but that was a poor performance and tactically inept too. Boks were not much better in a very one dimensional and boring game to watch. (apart from last 15 minutes)

If SA play like that next week England will put 30 points past them

Yes Wales should have kept possession longer before going for drop goal. May have been closer to posts and taken minutes out of game.

I feel for the boys and Gatland. Don't see us beating NZ neither.

Englands year I think.

Very sad Wales didn't overcome the Boks today to make it a northern hemisphere final. I too am disappointed, particularly for Alun Wyn Jones, who is probably the best player Wales have ever fielded. A man who always gives 110%, he is respected throughout the world.
