What’s coming up, into bloom, not behaving, visiting, living in, passing through? Post a photo or two, and share your garden year with others 😁

Hellebores, lovely bright crocus, and snowdrops.

Roses are simply stunning this year, although a bit more blackspot around. Took this yesterday of our huge Alberic Barbiere climber, which climbs through fencing at back of the house.  (Our house is back to front, we have big garden technically at the front, but there’s no access for visitors)

Beautiful TDA. I planted one here a couple of years ago but it's taking a long time to grow, I grew one at a previous home and the next owners chopped it down...they removed everything except the grass! Nice to see yours is doing so well. It's been a really good year for roses...heard it on the radio this morning, so it's official...wink

My Bathsheba has only two buds starting to open. But still fairly cold in the East.

A green oasis EribaM. Good to have the trees for shade.

Our apple trees are shedding leaves, they are under stress from the dry weather. There is much talk locally that it won't be a good apple year but I can see plenty on our trees. These are cider apple trees.

Someone else's garden today, Forde Abbey just before the rain arrived! Giant Hostas doing well in the bog garden, in fact all of the bog garden was spectacular. Lifts the spirits to see things doing well. Oh then I spied some peaches in the glass house!
