Welcome to all Dog lovers & generally Canine minded Folk. I have started this to enable a Thread to be used-in the Pet section with a title 'I love Dogs' so there will be no problems with attracting the right Posters, and the 'wrong Posters' give it a swerverCool. I am mainly a working Dog Lover, I have had-J/Russells, Retrievers, Lurchers. Currently have 2 White Cockapoo's. Mum & Daughter. Not my kind of Dogs(at first) the OH fell in love with the Breed a year after losing the Retriever. Now I couldn't imagine life without them. You either love Dogs or don't, if you do then life without them really is empty. I feel for the none Dog Folk, not knowing the joys of owning Dogs. But I'm not stupid enough to believe just because I love em everyone should. So if you would like to talk Canine, please be my guestSmile

It was windy out on the Holderness plain this morning for both Dog, Man & Birdlife. I watched 3 pigeons take off from the near copse only to be blown South at a swift rate of knots, comical but no harm was done to them-in fact I heard. . .’Wheeeeee’ although that could’ve been in my head๐Ÿ™‚. No matter how many times I tread this path(& others) my Dogs act as if they have discovered virgin territory such is their joy. A covey of partrige(7) was put up by our approach, they flew not 10’ in front of us looking beautiful & sleek. It is a gift being able to enjoy the countryside we have as it offers an antidote to the 3rd year of upheaval in our lives. The tranquility gives the heart & mind food to calm. Add to that the fact nature is so beautiful all seasons it may not change our pains but helps to see a better future. I passed my fallen log as I no longer want to sit for a long while listening to Dogs snore on my knees-my time as a Dog bed are over. Enjoy your day & may it bring you peace.

Thank you for another lovely little snap shot Rocky. I can’t get out that often with our pooch on his walks at the moment, but they have become more precious when I can. He’s thirteen now, but still loves a slow amble around, in and out of his chariot when he needs a rest. Like a pup when he meets other dogs though, daft old lad.๐Ÿ˜

He’s part of you 2 TDA, your care gives him more time to enjoy his later years-good age too which is more proof of his care over the years. Long may his Ben-Hur phase continue๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š
