I had superb service from them when someone drove into my car and my premium didn’t increase either. Whether they insure touring caravans, is another matter.

They do - TW - but only in conjunction with house insurance - for some strange reason. I did enquire with them nearly five years ago when we were buying our Knaus but they wanted £1200, then, for the two policies - which despite what I have said above, was just a step too far!
