Irritating pop box

No idea, but it is annoying! Can the web team remove this unnecessary ‘thing’

I was going to ask exactly the same question on my iPad.  I tried typing how do I remove this intrusive and irritating pop up from my system.  But it didn’t have that question on its list.  

Another Caravan Club Ltd t/a Caravan and Motorhome Club IT triumph I suspect.
