Hi all,

I've started a new discussion for the server errors as the previous one went off topic at times.

We apologise that you have been experiencing these. Please can you report these in this discussion and I will monitor to forward to the IT team.

Many thanks.

It's all part of the cunning and subtle plan, devised by a fox who's just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University to get rid of CT by getting people not to post then it can be wound up saying there was no demand.

but we're all wise to that and keep posting

Have been saying that for a while now, regardless of what Ro claims. It certainly isn't a good advert for the club, along with the time it takes to introduce new member's posts. There has been an obvious drop off of new posters and many of the regulars, those that are still posting that is, are using the forum less frequently.

Think the server has given up the ghost this morning, have time to walk to news agents to pick up morning paper then get back home and make a cup of tea

I've been a contributor since the early days of this forum. It is however fast approaching the point that I'm going to give up on it. For such a large organisation, it's an absolute disgrace.

If it carries on as it is I don’t think you will be alone. 10 hours of down time last night and it’s still taking more than 15 seconds to load the discussions page, and that I suspect is with hardly anyone on the system.

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

...... and so it goes on, what a farce this forum is.

It's on a cycle, I think we've had an explanation before if you're lucky you'll hit it at the right point and your post will appear....as some have obviously managed to do on this thread. wink

It’s very erratic, more down than up though.
