Does any one know what s/c means?

Actually, this is a moan & a question.

First the question...does anyone know what 's/c adjacent'  means, please.

Secondly, has anyone else noticed how many CL sites now seem to have more than 5 caravan/motor homes staying at any one time ?

We tend to use CLs because we like the  smaller quite sites & don't need the facilities other than water & hook up but we're finding more & more that there are 6,7 or 8 caravan/motor homes albeit some times behind bushes/hedging but still with in sight &  all using the same entrance & facilities, etc.

It’s perfectly allowable for a location to have a CL, plus a separate CL, a separate CS, or a private site adjacent. The crux of the argument is if the correct applications, be it to Club or LA have been obtained. A lot of CLs also offer cottages, shepherds huts, yurts, pods and glamping pods.

S/c probably means there is a self catering unit (cottage usually) also on the site. But it won’t mean they share the toilets......🙄

Maddie has summed it up well, I would just like to add that s/c units, be they cottages, shepherds huts, yurts, pods or glamping pods. are not allowed within the boundaries of the CL.

Have you checked all cupboards?  Sometimes it is in a roof locker, or under a settee or bed, or under the front chest of drawers if you have one, and it may not look much like a fuse box.

Is it for 12v or mains?
