I don't do large portions as a rule

Nor do I , EasyT --  I prefer to use a length of wood or steel, much less messy

Really, Pippah , Newspapers are the suppliers of puzzles of all types, sales guff for beds, Rise & Recline chairs, and all sorts of stuff we really need to know about as well as political scuttlebutt of the worst order 

{ Along with ads for such weird stuff as "Wiltshire Farm Foods and ParsleyBox etc etc  }

Too much negativity in them thank you ABM not to mention a waste of money.  I do buy the local rag sometimes though which helps me light the fire at home!  Whenever I pick up a newspaper in a waiting room I am reminded that there are far more interesting and constructive things to read out there - but each to his own. 

Thank you Mike for the warning about portion size.  I had the Sausage and Mash for lunch and added my own fried onion and Broccoli.  It was very tasty especially with fresh parsley and garlic butter added!
