London Camping... continued
Our second stay at Aldborough Hall Farm, this time in mid July. the birds were a bit friendlier this time, coming right up to the van to be fed. The two Labradors are still around and I noticed a couple of their droppings - not on my actual pitch, though. Otherwise an idyllic site; some noise from the adjacent road and stray planes on their way to Stanstead. Very quiet in the evening, though. Parked by the barn this time and had a job getting the van level, but managed okay with a bit of to-ing and fro-ing and jiggery-pokery. Didn't see the owner, Ms Rudge, on this occasion (we saw her last visit - very friendly); but there is a local information sheet left out and a box to leave your payment in. Very thoughtful. Will be back.
