Loved this site so much I really don’t want to tell everyone or it will be fully booked and we won’t be able to visit again. Emailed to book and response was quick and very helpful. Able to order some home baked bread to be ready when we arrived. Lovely welcome from Caroline which made us feel immediately at home. Bathroom facilities are exceptional and always beautifully clean. A couple of hard standing pitches with another underway. Friendly village pub next door with good pub food and lovely warm fires. Caroline supplied lots of info of places to visit in the locality and more was given by the friendly locals in the pub. Too much to visit in just a few days but we managed Hemswell Antique Centre (an enormous place which kept us occupied on a wet morning), Lincoln and the Dam Busters Inn at Scampton. This is a new site and there are some great plans to develop it more. Wish Caroline and Dave lots of success as they put in so much effort.
