Just back from a peaceful 8 night stay at this lovely cl. We searched the club website for a basic cl near Aylesbury (we prefer the quieter basic sites) and after reading the online reviews, we decided to go for this one. We were not disappointed. Everything was exactly as described in the earlier reviews. The owner was very welcoming and pleasantly chatted about the many local places of interest. The main reason for our visit was a concert at the lovely Waterside theatre in Aylesbury. We had originally planned an overnight stay in Aylesbury but due to hubby spraining his ankle, we decided to take the van and stay for longer. So glad we did as hubby's ankle nearly better now (and he managed to sit still long enough to finish reading one of his books). Needless to say, we were a bit restricted this time in getting out and about but we will definitely be back, next time with bikes and walking boots. A lovely well kept site and still only £6 a night!
