Peaceful Retreat

We stayed here last weekend and really enjoyed. Whilst the weather was damp it made little difference. The site is spotless and well kept the owners very obliging and their knowledge of the area was excellent. We didn't travel far to get to Llangadog but will definately return. The eggs were good too!

My Favourite CL

We have been visiting Barons Court since around 2015. Its peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The owners Steph and Nick are great hosts and always make you very welcome. I was lucky enough to celebrate a birthday whilst here this year. We had a fantastic afternoon with Nick and Steph at an impromptu party also attended by our on site neighbours. Glasses of wine and a birthday cake who could ask for more. I should not forget I also received a birthday card from the site owners. This is without doubt a wonderful place to visit. As heard in the terminator movies "I'll be back" The additional bonus here is that there are also lots of attractions close by to visit. It really is a gem.

A wonderful site run by a wonderful couple.

We have recently returned from an urgently rearranged holiday and are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely small site. While small in size, it is definitely not small in character or in the amenities you expect on a much bigger site, The owners are a lovely couple and certainly make everyone welcome. Our neighbours on the adjoining plot had been staying at the site since 2015, largely due to the location and the welcome. It was an added bonus to be asked to join in our neighnour’s Birthday celebration glass of wine and cake. A good afternoon was had by all. With a lovely village to walk to with a variety of Shoos and Pubs, we will be back!

Ideal friendly gem

Chose this site as very convenient for Llanwrda where we have relatives. However, we found the area has much more going for it and quickly ran out of time on our four days so will be back for a more extended stay. Facilities first class with brilliant little facilities block which includes a dishwashing area. All very clean and light. Site itself well maintained. Welcome from Steff and Nick was excellent and were willing to help out when I found a problem with the car which ,fortunately, was resolved. Small disappointment was that the food Pubs in the village had shut down. Llandovery came to the rescue!

What a little gem!

We thought we would give this site a go as it is within walking distance of my sisters house. So pleased we did & will now be staying there every time we visit her. Owners were away the day we arrived but their daughter gave us a warm welcome. When the owners returned they went around introducing themselves to all the campers. Lovely couple & a lovely site. Loved the goats, sheep, chickens, cats (didn't see the dogs) & were even allowed to pet them. It is a small site which we much prefer. If I were to suggest any improvements, the water in the shower block could be warmer & the addition of a washing machine would be good. Very much looking forward to returning.

Stay Here!

We had the pleasure of staying on this CL for 4 nights and will definitely be staying longer next time. Nick and Steph are the perfect hosts, rightly proud of their creation!

Fabulous!!

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend of 16th/17th. Very lucky with the weather being so good but even if it hadn't been so good it wouldn't have detracted from how good this little site is. Good size pitches, dog field, lovely facilities and a wonderful host couple. Very friendly and helpful re things to do locally. We can highly recommend the Red Lion in the village as somewhere to eat but be sure you're hungry as you will be well fed. Tim & Andrea Jordan

Great place to stay

It seems that everyone agrees that this is a great CL site, from the very warm welcome, the location, the on site animals, the dog field, and the spotless facilities the list could go on, this is a very nice place to stay with lots of interesting places to visit locally, and not to mention that the locals in the village are all friendly too, the lady in the store gave us a mask when we had forgotten ours so we could go to the pub.

Brilliant site so relaxing

Very clean well maintained site. Value for money and in easy reach of places of local interest. Friendly welcome and fresh eggs what more could you want. A field made available to exercise our dog was much appreciated. Will return and hope weather is kinder to us. Thank you for a very relaxing break.

Outstanding CL

This CL is probably the best we have ever stayed on. Steph and Nicks attention to detail is second to none and the shower block is superb and spotless as are the water and waste facilities. The location was ideal for exploring the area and we will return and highly recommend.
