We selected this CL as offering all that we needed, in a fairly close proximity to Lichfield. Booking was easy and very welcoming, we were shown around all the facilities on arrival, and opted to stay on the lovely rally field section as opposed to the separate CL field. Both are very nice, with plenty of room, lovely views and adjacent to open water, namely the River Blythe and various ponds. Plenty of well kept hedges give shelter from winds without spoiling the view. The site has a small toilet block, with two toilets and a shower, cleaned daily. We use our own, but others may need. The hardstanding was very level, and was adjacent to lovely fields for dog walking, so our dogs loved it, they could have a proper walk on site and were made very welcome.  The wildlife and bird life is superb, with swans, egrets, waterfowl, small birds galore. The farm is very well kept, everything is very neat and tidy, and nest boxes are all over, encouraging wild visitors. It is a very quiet spot at night, with little light pollution so good for star gazing. Also on site are a few workshops, but they are very quiet, one of which is a micro brewery, very nice! The final approach road is rather narrow, but there is little traffic and plenty of passing places, so with care, shouldn't be too many problems. We had a lovely time here, enjoyed Lichfield with its fabulous Cathedral and nice town Centre. Thank you to the hardworking owners, and all for a very small fee!
