We've stayed here many, many times and it suits us down to the ground. Informal, quiet and peaceful. Excellent dog walks through the managed woods and easy access to the main routes north of Inverness. Lovely views across the field next to the site and we almost always see some deer wandering past at some point. Yes, there are some fishermen using the track and the CDP is some distance away but there is now a water tap next to the gate at the top of the site and as long as you remember to stop and empty the loo on the way in or out it's not a problem. This time we really mucked them about changing our booking several times due to family illness - not a problem at all and once we finally got there had a great stop-over. Looking forward to the next one.
