This is a delightful site, newly laid out with excellent level pitches in a peaceful setting. The village is a short walk away with a good little shop and pub. There are lovely countryside walks all around.
David and Julia were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive and we look forward to the toilet & shower being finished. We always say we will be back but this time, we really will!
A lovely surprise!
We managed to book into this lovely site at the last minute and we were chuffed we did. We received a very warm welcome by David and Julia when we arrived. They were also super helpful in making our booking. The site is absolutely immaculate, beautifully situated and very peaceful. The facilities were spotlessly clean and new with the added bonus of fresh, locally produced eggs, bacon, sausages and burgers being available to buy from a fridge in their local info room. We will definitely be back. Thank you David and Julia your site is absolutely gorgeous.
Amazing CL site
This was our first visit to a CL site and WOW what a great find. The owners David and Julia are lovely and gave us such a warm welcome. The pitches are very large and each has its own water. The view across the fields is lovely and the site is very peaceful.
Really looking forward to returning in June and we are sure we will return again after that, if we can get in, as we are sure this is going to be a very popular site once word gets out.

Fantastic site, a real treasure
What a lovely site. A lot of thought went into setting up this site and it shows. The owners Julia & David are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. There are plenty of walks locally and a trip to the coast very easy? This was our first visit here but definitely will not be our last...will be checking the diary when we get home and booking our next trip.
Fantastic CL site
What a fantastic CL site with wonderful owners David and Julia.
This was our first CL stay and we will definitely look to return in the future.
David and Julia welcomed us on our arrival and have a CL site which they should be very proud of.
The pitches are large and provide both hardstanding and grass. It was lovely to have electricity available and also our own water supply.
The site is situated with lovely surrounding views and we found local walks to enjoy each morning with our two dogs.
We enjoyed our short break so much that we extended our stay.
Thank you David and Julia and we wish you all the very best - we will definitely be telling others to book!

What a great CL, very large pitches well worth a visit
We stayed here on the 12th April 2021 for 4 nights, fresh out of the lock down blocks.
David and Julia are very welcoming, and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The site is level, with 3 hardstanding with lawn pitches of a VERY large size, and a further 2 grass only pitches again very large.
Each pitch has its own EHU and fresh water. The grass if very well maintained.
The access is easy, so larger motorhomes or caravans will have no issues getting into and out of the site.
There is a view over the open countryside to one side of the site making our stay very relaxing.
The village is very quiet, with a small well stocked shop and post office in walking distance. There is a Pub, but we did not go there, due to current restrictions.
They are in the process of completing a toilet block with a shower, and washing up area, apparently will be ready by May, and that will put the tin had on an already lovely site.
Word or warning, there is a mobile fish and chip van on a Wednesday (Paul's Plaice) no matter how hungry you are, you can not eat the large chips, one regular would have done between us and the large cod was also too large to finish (Jasper, our dog, was very happy about all this!)
All in all a lovely well maintained site, that will be a regular place for us.
Amazing new site
We haven't stayed on many CL sites, but following our week long visit in September, this CL is definitely on our list to revisit next year. The welcome was warm not only on arrival but throughout the week when we saw the owners. The site is level, with lovely views across fields, the pitches are huge with each pitch having water as well as electricity. The village with small shop and lovely pub is an easy walk away, though the road is surprisingly busy for its size and we used this site primarily as a base for weekend visits to Snetterton Race Circuit which is only a few minutes drive away.
Warm welcome, perfect site
We stayed at this new CL in late August 2020 when Storm Francis also paid a visit. Directions to the site were good and Julia arranged to meet us on arrival. We received a warm welcome and were given all information we needed. A toilet and a shower are expected to be added next year but will only add to the already excellent facilities. Sanitiser was provided to use at the bins and toilet waste point. The grass was better than our lawn at home, pitches are large and well distanced and views across fields are lovely. The village makes for an interesting walk and there are parish walks and other guests told us of their 12 and 15 mile walks from site. We had good days at Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens, and Banham Zoo nearby and there are plenty of other places of interest to visit. We will definitely go back to this CL in future if we can get in - it is bound to be popular. We recommend it without hesitation.

Super site!
Just back from a one night stay at Broadmarsh and we were very impressed. The owners were walm and welcoming and the site well thought out with level, well spaced pitches and well positioned water / electric points. The view across the fields is very pleasant and helped make a relaxing stay. Would recommend.

August 2020
Thank you for welcoming us to your lovely site and for your care and attention during our stay.
The thought you have put into the detail of the facility is just what we were looking for, easy access with water and electricity available for each individual pitch and 3 wonderful absolutely level hard standings as well as the grass pitches.
The people at the local shop/PostOffice were so very helpful and friendly - we enjoyed our daily visits.
The roads to the site from the A11 were easy with no nasty surprises for motorhomes or large outfits.
We will return.
Dick and Diane.
