Set high up a narrow road next to a working farm with commanding views across the Peak District.
A level and well kept paddock with adequate space and a charming and helpful lady running it.
Great base for Chatsworth, Matlock and Bakewell.
Tranquil except for the tractors bringing in the hay at all hours, but that's rural life at harvest!??
