We have just returned from a 4 night stay here and cannot find any fault with it at all! Booking was easy with great communication from the owners, we found the site easily using the postcode and went straight to our allocated pitch. All pitches are hardstanding with electric hook up and a water tap central to all of them. There are two beautiful wet rooms each with toilet, shower and wash basin and a heater if needed, showers are £1 for 10 minutes but so worth it and the whole area is kept spotlessly clean. There is a long driveway to the site and the site itself is very peaceful, yes there is a train line close by but this didn’t bother us and we didn’t find it noisy at all. Ideally located for Holy Island (we were sent crossing times with our booking email), Bamburgh, Seahouses and we ventured in to Scotland too. There is a nice pub about a mile away that does fantastic food plus a petrol garage with a Londis convenience store. We really enjoyed our stay here even though the weather wasn’t very kind to us! We would definitely return!
