Looking for a site Norfolk/Suffolk border found Brook Cottage, but no reviews ?. So used Google Earth to locate and check area. Looked just what we wanted and surrounded by trees on three sides, easy access. So booked site for 7 nights then added another 2 nights after we arrived.. On arrival we were greeted by Tom & Audrey who act as wardens for Maurice who owns site but has has medical issues, so not easy for him to get around.Tom & Audrey offered tea !!! tea now that's a first - but no thanks caravan & awning first, plus dogs need a walk. Facilities are fine, water & sewage little dated but we are caravaning, EHU next to site. Weather excellent, so why is there no reviews ? Got it on our first day, " if you don't tell anyone about the site it will remain a great little site" that's the reason. We were also invited to attend local village hall on Thursday night for fish & chips and a pint, plus Maurice asked us to have nibbles & drinks on another night !!!! Dogs loved the walks, by the way walks in fields where grass had been cut, so you knew the way. Area is great with Harleston & Bungay nearby, Southwold with those Fish & Chips again only a short distance. All in all a excellent site with very nice people running it, would we return - 100% Yes. Lastly I thank Maurice / Tom / Audrey for making our stay so great.
