Lovely location and such a peaceful , relaxing site. We’re only an hour away but never walked up an around Llandygai-fantastic views of Chwarel Penrhyn, the Glyders and Sir Fôn. Loads of little footpaths to explore and next time we’ll do some proper hiking! Easy walk into Bethesda for the essentials, and lovely to be so close to the lake-a heron was a regular visitor and lovely to see. Our only slight negative was the narrow driveway-if the hedges were cut a bit further back would avoid scratches to motorhome, but apart from that would thoroughly recommend the site for a proper chill out and if you like your walking it’s perfect.
