Visiting family in the area and delighted to have found this pretty camping field with lovely all grass good sized pitches. Very peaceful and no road noise. Enjoy waking to the sound of the cockerel. Anwen greeted us and showed us where everything is and has been so helpful when we needed to change plans and extend our stay. Would definitely recommend.
A Chilled Bank Holliday Weekend
I had forgotten how beautiful Anglesey was and Bunwerth Farm CL made the perfect location to explore.
It is quiet, well presented and access is easy and the welcome from Anwen on arrival made a great start to our long weekend break
My favourite moment of a truly relaxing weekend was chasing the sunset along the coast to South Stack and watching the sun drop behind the horizon while presenting a glorious red sky.
New for 2018 and a welcome addition
A delightful CL with excellent basic facilities. Iwan and Arwen have opened the site this year (2018). The area is just a short drive off the main (B) road and off the the left. The EHU points are set on chunks of rock set in the ground and well spaced to give a good variation in pitches.
We used the site as a one night stopover before getting the ferry which is 4 ½ miles away. Treaddur beach is a short drive away as is the nature reserve at South Stack.
For us it was everything a CL should be.
andys review of Bunwerth Farm Anglesey
We were welcomed by Anwen the owner when we arrived and she told us the best place to setup to make the most of the sun in the evening for bbq’s. The site was quiet and peaceful. We walked into the bay at Trearddur Bay which took 20mins where we found several restaurants Sea Shanty Café and black Seal and shops, all were very good but I would recommend you book as they get very busy in the evening’s, the Sea Shanty Café also does a nice breakfast. There are several supermarkets within 5 miles…

A Hidden Gem
A lovely site, well kept and peaceful. Anwen, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s within easy walking distance of Trearddur Bay where you will find beautiful beaches, and various places to eat. The breakfast at the Sea Shanty Cafe was excellent as were the evening meals at The Black Seal and The Driftwood Bar. There are two shops in the Bay and various supermarkets within 5 miles of the site. A perfect place to stay on Anglesey, a real hidden gem.
