As has been mentioned before, the entrance is tight and not easy to access but our outfit is large so taking it slowly we had no problem. I would be interested to read of anyone visiting with and 8 foot wide ’van though. The views across the Menai straights and over to Snowdon are outstanding although we couldn’t see a lot during our stay because of the weather. Reception on arrival was very friendly and we were soon set up. The price has recently gone up due to the rising cost of energy however we were told that as we had booked some time ago they would honour the old price quoted, which is testament to their honesty. The site itself is level, well spaced and has recycling as well as general waste. Water and toilet emptying are near the entrance, good water pressure so not too long to fill up. An excellent location for exploring the Lleyn peninsula, Anglesey and North Wales in general. We can highly recommend this site and hope to return again in the near future.
