Lovely people, lovely site

Really don't want to write this as there might not be space for us next time we want to visit... A lot of thought has been put into this site, the location is lovely, just outside a pretty village, nice views and well drained (despite the recent rain). Not sure who was more entertained, us or the ever watchful sheep! Big thank you to the Fowles who even offered to pick up a take-away for us when they collected theirs! We were made to feel really welcome...

Delightful Weekend

A big thank you to the Fowles for a delightful weekend at their Charlton Manor CL, set in the pretty village of Charlton St Peter. We enjoyed an evening at the superbly unconventional local pub - good beer and great company - and a cycle ride to the Barge Inn at Honey Street, as well as just relaxing at the site in the sunshine. We were made most welcome and will certainly be returning.

Carlton St Peter

Just spent a nice couple of days at this site. A very warm welcome from the owners and was ideal for the dogs - being in open countryside. The local pub is in walking distance but only open from Friday pm to Sunday pm, but another within a mile or so. Hook-ups and waste facilities were good, we will certainly be returning.
