Not quite sure how anyone who's been anywhere can give this site 5 stars. Don't get me wrong it's OK but NOTHING stands out. The owners seem very pleasant and accommodating just as most CL owners are. The hard standings with a grassed area at the sides is a nice touch but pitch 2 is very tight indeed AND you've got the pleasure of the recycling bins encroaching onto your pitch and the toilet dump adjacent. The views are nice but really only 7 out of 10 maximum, the site is quite small and hence you're pretty close to your neighbours. The grass cuttings are not picked up so be prepared for the inevitable fight with grass in your van. As has already been mentioned the road noise isn't particularly conducive to a 5 star rating either, it's the biggest downfall of the site frankly. At £20 I don't feel it represents particularly good value. for £3 more we stayed at Trewethett Farm with free hot showers loads of space, no road noise, great TV reception and truly truly amazing views.

First of all we would like to assure you that all pitches are correctly marked for size. The CL owner has also advised that you were offered another pitch but declined to move. They would have been more than happy to have helped if you had wanted to change pitches. As you can see from previous reviews this is a very popular site and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
