3/10 to 6/10/2019 - Five friends with five units and three dogs and my own canary (Pip) joined up together for astay at this immaculately kept CL at Middlemarsh in Dorset, not far from Sherborne. There are two hardstandings and three on grass. Although the ground was saturated over a frequently shoery weekend, we all had a great time. When the sun shone on Friday morning, I unfolded Pip's table, put his cage on it, opened my folding chair, and sat down with a freshly brewed cup of tea. The sun was warm and soon Pip started to sing, attracting our friends for a chat. The ground is level, but the grass was almost constantly wet. Possibly one day, the wonderfully welcoming Lynn and Jon might make them all hardstandings with grass beside the pitches for awning extension pins to be bashed into the grass by the units.
